school = 7 hours
sleep = 8 hours
thast 15 hours of my day, i dont play video games all day either. I probably will only be playing for 2 hours total cause its a week day, i dont go home and come to my computer and turn guild wars on.

I miss the days of seven hours of school. That would be so much nicer than working nine to twelve hours a day.

Anyway, I bet two hours will be enough if that's all you focus on. Don't let yourself be distracted from things that aren't the mask (and will be there later) and you'll probably fine.

Alternatively, you MIGHT be able to just save up a lot of money and gold ahead of time and buy the items you need to turn in for the masks. The masks are obviously customized to the player, but maybe the collectible/quest items mentioned aren't.

Well, how many Tengu masks do you need? You should be able to get one in two hours (total speculation, of course)

If it makes you feel better, I took the day off, but now it's turned into the errand day from Hell: the dentist, the car in the shop, dropping and picking up my son from day school. I'll be lucky if I get a few hours in as well!

This may have been answered, but I dont have time to read all these pages.

I know we can bring our Prophecies characters over to Cantha for this Tengu event, but isn't it true that you start further in the game? So I'm assuming if this is the case, we may be a long way from this Shing Jae Monestary which is where we get the masks. I know this town is the beginning of the game, so I wonder how far we will need to backtrack to get there?

Also, this Tengu/headstart event ends early Friday morning correct? Im in NYC so I guess 3am friday morning is the end right?

i am so glad my first college semester doesnt start until august. i will be playing all day the 27th. getting the mask for my 2 prophecies chars, and the 2 chars i am making when i get the game. just because i can really. i do have one question though. one of my prophecies chars is not lvl 20 and has not beat the game. will i still be able to bring him over to cantha, or do i have to finish prophecies first?

I do believe you have to beat the game, but don't quote me on that. I remember reading that a while ago. That may have changed though.

You don't have to 'beat' the game, you just have to be ascended.

And Blaster, which country do you live in? Maybe they we're sold out?

If not, well... sorry like, but if your only gona spend 2 hours then you cant really care THAT much!

I dont come home and switch on GW Either, I work full time and when I come home I make my own dinner, open my post sort my fiances out, Iron my shirt and make my lunch for the next day of work... I still spend 5 hours+ a night playing GW,

Click the link "Add access keys" (not exactly, but something like that) on login screen, below the user name and password column. Then you can add the preorder key to your account, just make sure don't creat new account, add that to your current GW account.

I never knew they were taking part in the pre-order event because A.Net doesn't list them, I recently found out that FRS and Dynabyte do have pre-order packages, so I picked one up on monday.
